We are currently recruiting to fill the positions below:

1. Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Monitors and maintains office equipment and budgets for office supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Manages and keeps records of office petty cash and minor expenses for day-to-day activities.
  • Serves as a first point of contact for all guests and clients and assigns all enquiries and clients to the designated staff.
  • Manages one of the company’s main phone lines and attends to calls, enquiries requests and complaints.
  • Coordinates routine general meetings and records minutes at the meetings.
  • Coordinates the activities and schedule of the junior staff (Securities, Drivers and Janitors)
  • Prepares travel arrangements for staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (fixtures, security and cleaning etc.)
  • Organizing special functions and social events.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in any relevant field (Engineering or Sciences)
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Physically agility

2. Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM and PPC.
  • Schedules and pushes out all email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create and manage our social media presence across all social media platforms with creative online posters and content.
  • Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  •  Identify trends, insights and traffic on all digital marketing platforms and adjust budget to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Acts as the graphics/video designer and handles the creation of engaging online content.
  • Acts as the company’s web developer and handles the company’s website and email server management

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related subject
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Word press website management and field sales will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent creative art skills

3. Technical Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Negotiates and close deals by establishing and maintaining relationship with prospects.
  • Receives purchase orders from clients and notifies the Administrative officer for processing.
  • Coordinates logistics of client’s products with external logistic agents at the request of the client.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.
  • Positive charisma and great negotiation skills

4. Finance Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information into the accounting software and reconciles all financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information if any.
  • Summarizes current financial status and submits reports by collating information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and any other reports as may be requested by the management or external auditors.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and processing disbursements.
  • Substantiates all financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups and maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Handles all other financial and accounting roles as may be required at any time

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of any ERP eg: SAGE will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills

5. Store Keeper

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Manages company product inventory for Trading and non-Trading items and submits routine stock in-flow and out-flow reports.
  • Manages company’s warehouses and updates product inflow and outflow.
  • Serves as a first point of contact for all guests and clients and assigns all enquiries and clients to the designated staff.
  • Attends to store requisition vouchers, releases product from the warehouse and issues payment receipts for product sales and all relevant company income.
  • Handles all other financial and accounting roles as may be required at any time.

Requirements

  • OND in any relevant field (preferably male)
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
