Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve performance targets while driving business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who can implement effective sales strategies, support team development, and contribute to the organization’s expansion plans across various location nationwide and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide direction to ensure alignment

with business goals

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities and potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven team culture
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.

  • Proven experience in sales in a supervisory or leadership role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven to join our team, The Project Sales Support Officer provides administrative, operational, and technical support to the sales and project teams to ensure the successful execution of renewable energy projects. The role involves coordinating sales processes, preparing project documentation and quotations, supporting client communication, tracking project progress, and assisting in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Assist the project team in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents for renewable energy solutions.
  • Support the preparation of commercial and technical documentation for solar, inverter, battery, and energy projects
  • Follow up on client inquiries, leads, and pending
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and project
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to clients and
  • Support project handover and customer onboarding
  • Maintain professional communication with clients before, during, and after project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and project
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and
  • Conduct basic market research on renewable energy trends, competitors, and

Who we are looking for:
