Job Summary
The role involves lead generation, client engagement, market research, proposal preparation, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through installation and after-sales follow-up. The Solar Marketer also represents the company at outreach events, builds strong customer relationships, and contributes to brand visibility and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads for solar products and energy solutions through field marketing, referrals, and digital channels.
- Present and explain proposals, quotations, and product specifications to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
- Carry out market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar energy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities and potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective
- Collaborate with projects and CX teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients,
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our solar products and services
Who we are looking for:
- You must be a graduate with experience in the Solar energy industry

- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Solar energy
- Experience in writing proposal and making
- Strong analytical
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple customers
- Strong written and oral communication
