Gennex 5kVA/48V (4000W) hybrid inverter is a pure sine wave inverter with an output power factor of 1 (p.f. = 1) i.e. 5kVA = 5kW . This simply means this 5kVA system has the capacity to accommodate more loads than its counterparts with a power factor of 0.8.
Like other Gennex Inverters models, it is built in an anti-dust kit for harsh environments and also features a battery equalization function to optimize battery performance and extend life-cycle.

The 5kVA/48V (4000W MPPT) Hybrid Inverter comes in two forms:
This model comes without a parallel kit. It finds its application in installations that don’t envision expansion anytime soon. As at today (06/03/19), the PAR-A model goes for 252,000 naira only.
2. 5kVA/48V PAR-B
This model comes with a parallel kit. The parallel kit consists of the following:
- The Parallel board
- Parallel communication cable
- Current sharing cable
The parallel kit makes it possible for the inverter to be used in parallel with two different operation modes:
- Parallel operation in single phase with up to 6 units. The supported maximum output power is 24KW/30KVA.
- Maximum six units work together to support three-phase equipment. Four units support one phase
maximum. The supported maximum output power is 24KW/30KVA and one phase can be up to 16KW/20KVA.
